Obiectivul general al proiectului: Dezvoltarea si promovarea educatiei incluzive, echitabile, de calitate in Romania si a includerii sociale a copiilor si tinerilor cu risc de abandon scolar si CES, prin intermediul artelor.
Proiectul beneficiaza de un grant in valoare de aproximativ 600.000 Euro oferit de Norvegia prin Granturile Norvegiene in cadrul Programului Dezvoltare locala. Obiectivul proiectului este de a promova si dezvolta in Romania educatia incluziva a copiilor si tinerilor cu risc de abandon scolar si CES, prin intermediul artelor. [EN] I.M.P.A.C.T – Inclusion and Motivation through Arts of Children and Young People Scope of the project: Development and promotion of inclusive, equitable, quality education in Romania and the social inclusion of children and young people with special needs or at risk of school dropout, through the arts. Starting from the recommendations CM / Rec (2012) 13 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe3, regarding “quality education”, of GD no. 1251/2005; Order no. 5573/2016 of the MENCS on “inclusive education” and of the ONU Convention on the Rights of the Child on “equitable education”, Inclusive, Equitable, Quality Education means an education adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries, which stimulates the discovery and development of their own skills and talents, basic and transversal skills so that any child with learning difficulties , school adaptation problems, disability or at some point in a situation of failure or risk of dropout, to be integrated into the educational and social system, in a non-discriminatory society and community, educated in the field of fundamental human rights and freedoms, equal opportunities. The project IMPACT – Inclusion and motivation by arts of children and young people”, acts in two directions: On the one hand, it creates IMPACT on 350 children and young people with special needs or at risk of school dropout, of predominantly rural environments, on their emotional, personal and social development, motivating them through arts workshops and psychological support, for school and life. On the other hand, the project creates IMPACT at community and national level by encouraging culture, education, social inclusion, changing the discriminatory mentality against children with special needs, coming from Roma families or other disadvantaged social conditions by creating an Awareness Campaign through 7 painting and photo Expositions and a Community Film created with participation of young people, promoting to the national level the Human Rights and social Inclusion. The project takes place in the period December 2020 – July 2023 and it is coordinated by ASOCIATIA DE ARTE SI SPIRITUALITATE ZAN ART, Bucuresti, Romania in partnership with TERRAM PACIS, Oslo, Norway, with cooperation of NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ARTS, Bucharest, Romania, including 10 normal and special schools, high schools, placement centers, General Directorats of Social Assistance and Child Protection from 5 Romanian counties: Prahova, Brasov, Dambovita, Arges, Galati. The project benefits from a grant of approximately 600,000 Euros offered by Norway through Norwegian Grants under the Local Development Program.
